About
Francesco is a talented photographer and filmmaker hailing from the culturally rich border region between Italy and Slovenia. His journey into visual storytelling began at the IED in Milan, followed by a diverse range of studies. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish, Francesco’s global background informs his creative process and provides a unique, multicultural lens through which he captures the world.
With more than 25 years of experience, Francesco has lived and worked in vibrant European cities such as Milan, Paris, London, and Barcelona. His work has garnered international acclaim, earning awards in both food photography and personal projects that push the boundaries of conventional art forms.
Francesco’s artistic vision is to transform everyday subjects into dynamic, compelling works of art. His approach is not about provocation for the sake of it, but rather as a pathway to escape—revealing the intricate and often surreal relationships people have with their physical and mental surroundings. For Francesco, imagination is the foundation of all thought, an endless well of dreams, symbols, and images that form the fantasy worlds central to the human experience.
Throughout his career, Francesco has collaborated with prestigious brands and high-profile publications such as Elle, House & Garden, and Wine Enthusiast. His client list includes industry giants like KitchenAid, Sony PlayStation, M&Ms, and Unilever, among others.
